I just wanted to inform my readers that the complaining and bellyaching is almost over. I graduate very, very soon. My graduation is in three weeks, and I will have one more week after that to finish up with all the lose ends.
Right now I am working on my ginormous project that determines whether I will receive my teaching credential. In fact, I should be working on it right this minute, but I am giving myself a creative break from the monotony of my work load.
It is due anytime tomorrow, which is nice. I like a late deadline. I love the deadline. It pushes me. It motivates me. I guess it's kind of like a love/hate relationship. I hate the stress, but I love finally clicking "Submit."
The good news is that I will have all day to work on my project minus two hours that I have to spend in my online class. And on Saturday, we're retreating to Jackson Hole for the rest of the weekend! We're going to spend the weekend and celebrate Easter with Jaime and Ryan in the timeshare. I'm looking forward to relaxing and getting out of town if just for a short weekend. I even get Monday off! Normally I would have to do student teaching, but Monday is a part of their abbreviated Spring Break. I'm certainly not complaining!
Basically, I needed a pep talk and that is what this blog is for. So Melanie, don't forget--you can do it!
