Rant

Okay, so I am not very pleased right now.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from Aldo online for my upcoming student teaching. I am going to need lots of flats to wear because #1) I live in the arctic tundra of Idaho and wearing heels in the winter is asking for disaster and #2) I will be on my feet for most of the day and flats are much more friendly for that kind of activity.

My shipment arrived yesterday. I tried them on and neither of them even came close to fitting my apparently ginormous foot. I ordered size 8 because they don't have half sizes. Frustrating!

So I must now return them, but Aldo online does not do exchanges. The only way to exchange an item is to go to an actual Aldo store. Oh wait, the nearest one is in Salt Lake. Absolutely not.

Otherwise, Aldo will send me a prepaid mailing sticker to send the merchandise back and then they will refund my account. So now, if I want the same shoes, but in a different size, I have to RE-ORDER them. And now both pairs are MORE expensive than they were the first time I ordered them!

The only good thing about this situation was the fact that I got both pairs for $50. But because of how much I am being inconvenienced by Aldo, I am going to return them and never buy from them again.

Stupid Aldo and their ridiculous return/exchange policy and their stupid WAY OVERPRICED shoes.

What a crappy company! I am frustrated for you!! Hopefully you can find some flats that are even cuter than those miniture ones you ordered. :)
