Missing her

When I came to Rexburg to go to school, I didn't know ANYONE. I can't believe that I had the faith to just go along with the idea of going to school in Idaho, but somehow I did. As I went to school, I kept hoping that a cousin or an aquaintance or friend from home would come and keep me company, but alas, it never happened.

Luckily, I married a sweet boy with a sweet sister. I was scared to meet Jaime at first. I knew that Jeff and Jaime had a close relationship and that she really loved and looked up to her big brother. I didn't want to be the mean girl from the east coast that stole her brother away from her. Luckily, Jaime came to BYUI a month after Jeff and I were married, and she and I became friends. Now, almost two years have passed, and I count Jaime as one of my very best friends. Sometimes I forget that she is four years younger than me. I think she is just wise beyond her years ;)

Confession time, when Jeff posted a pic of the two of you on facebook, I thought it was awfully weird for him to put pics of him & Jaime like that on there.

You are both beautiful women.

I'm glad you have that close relationship with Jaime, it makes the in-law life so much better.
