It was fun while it lasted

I graduated from BYU-Idaho in December of 2008 with my BS in English. Those four years were a culmination of some of the very best and very worst times of my life. On a positive note, it was during those years that I really got to know myself. I know how terribly cliche that sounds, but it is really true. During that time I met my mentor, Jack Harrell, and as an added bonus, I also met my husband.

It's been over a year since I was a student, and it's been a good year. But all good times must come to an end. On April 26, 2010, I will begin my Masters of Arts in Teaching and teacher credential program with USC online. It is a 13 month, accelerated program. I received a congratulatory email on Friday evening from USC and have since started my orientation course work which gives me an opportunity to get acquainted with the program and the MAT@USC website. I am extremely nervous, but very excited.

GO TROJANS!
