Jeff found a recipe for onion rings online and has been wanting to try it out. Today was the day, the only condition being that I HAD to help him. I made the batter while he cut the onion, and we got to work. This recipe was very good. Yum yum fried food yummy.
Oh and here are the flowers Jeff got me for our year and a half anniversary which I didn't actually remember until he reminded me. And NO, I'm not showing blog world these flowers to brag for myself; I'm showing you this arrangement to brag for my sister-in-law, Jaime. She is a horticulture major with a flower design emphasis at BYUI. And she just landed a big time internship in NYC!

Hey, please send us your new recipe so we can try them. They look you good. Tell Jamie she did a great job the flower look wonderful.
