Needing a change

I'm thinking somewhere between these two. What do you think?

In September, right after my birthday, I chopped off all of my hair. Well, maybe that's an exaggeration, but at least 8 inches off of the back. Anyway, apparently that wasn't enough to satisfy my need for change. I have promised Jeff that I will let it grow back, mostly because I miss having a ponytail and long waves and curls. So what can I do to spice things up?

Going blonde is an option. A crazy option. But I think I want to. It wouldn't even be blonde blonde, but more like a dark blonde/light brown. My hair always seems to lighten so much after a color that maybe switching to light will cut out the fading period and skip straight to light brown. Anyway, we'll see what happens in the next month or so, or how long I can stand things the way that they are. I'll keep you posted ;)
