Every once and a while, Jeff finds something that interests him. And every once and a while, he gets hooked. His father is like this as well. Well, Jeff's recent interest is pizza. The man can't get enough. But it can't be Little Ceasar's or Pizza Hut, it has to be homemade.

Being the supportive wife that I am, I went with him to purchase a pizza stone and a peel. And it's been love ever since.

He operates on a trial and error basis. He's tried different types of flour, cheese, and even makes his own sauce. Everything is made from scratch. He's not into shortcuts. It has to be authentic.

Last night after making dinner, Jeff asked real nonchalantly, "When are you going to blog again?" Eventually, I got him to explain why my blogging habits were of interest to him. He wants my readers to see his creation! So here I am, proudly posting Jeff's accomplishments. The crust is amazing!

Jeff's already planned where we're going to eat pizza in NY, oh and we'll definitely be making a stop, if not multiple stops, at Roma! MMMM!
